Vibes Events Services we provide are listed below . . . our prices vary depending on they event, and number of guest.

  • FULL PLANNING

    When it comes to Full Planning, I'll guide you through every step, so you won't have to worry about anything but showing up. We can help people who have an idea but don't know what to do next or who need help developing an idea into a vision. Regardless of the size, events can be overwhelming, and I am here to help!

     Initial consultation to discuss your event, including budget, location, theme, decor, guest count, food service and entertainment.

     Budget breakdown, timeline, vendor suggestions

     Set vendor meetings according to Client schedule.

     Attending an unlimited number of vendor meetings, tastings, etc.

     Negotiate services on your behalf.

     Place orders, keep track of payment schedules.

     Act as your spokesperson, taking vendor calls and questions on your behalf.

     Construct timeline for your event day, including delivery/ pickup time, entertainment, dinner schedules, speeches, etc.

     Prepare timelines for all vendors, photographers, entertainers!

     Present entire day of event, from first delivery to last pickup

     Communicate with all vendors and active participants to keep events flowing and on schedule.

     Anticipate and avoid problems or handle them discreetly without troubling Host and honored guests.

     *The cost of this service is 18% of the total event budget.

  • PARTIAL PLANNING

    You may find it overwhelming to plan an event from beginning to end on your own. Your next event will be stress-free, memorable, and enjoyable with me by your side. With me by your side, you can't go wrong with anyone you hire for your next event.

     Initial consultation to discuss your event, including venue, theme, food service, entertainment, and vendors.

     Visit all venues prior to the event.

     Contact all vendors 4 weeks from the event date and establish BDC Events as their new contact (so they won't call you!)

     Check floor plans and orders to ensure nothing was overlooked.

     Contact wedding party/ family, give information for events (where to be, what to wear, what to bring) as well as establish BDC Events as their contact should anyone have questions.

     Create timelines for all events (i.e., bridesmaid luncheon, rehearsal/ dinner, wedding day, pre-party spa day, etc.)

     Attend and coordinate wedding rehearsal (if applicable)

     Oversee event day from start to finish, including deliveries, setup, event flow, and breakdown.

     Help to ensure that all personal items are returned to Client following event.

     *$900 is the standard rate for most events. Should the event require extra travel, an assistant, or extensive hours of planning due to complexity, pricing will be adjusted accordingly upon signing of contract Planning & Design

  • DESTINATION WEDDING AND EVENTS

    Description goes Destination Weddings - $4,000

     Initial Consultation to discuss destination ideas, guest count, wedding style and budget.

     Budget breakdown and management

     Long-distance research of venues, vendors, and entertainers

     Paperwork assistance for wedding services (full paperwork assistance for civil and religious ceremonies)

     Assistance in vendor selection and negotiation of services (officiant, photography/ videography, hair & makeup, private car, musicians, banquet, floral, hotels, etc.)

     Arrange relaxing activities (golf, spa days, bridal luncheon, guys' night our)

     Negotiation of group travel arrangements

     Visit destination (upon client request) to tour venue and housing options, interview vendors and negotiate services.

     Create a "Plan B" for inclement weather (if requested)

     Arrive at destination up to 1 week (no less than 72 hours) prior to event to review and secure venue, attend tastings, review vendors, housing, tours, and other plans.

     Create separate itineraries for wedding parties and guests detailing activities for the duration of their stay, including optional tours and entertainment as well as highlight events such as rehearsal dinner and wedding day.

     Create Rehearsal and Wedding Day timelines for wedding parties, vendors, and guests.

     Oversee setup of venues for Rehearsal and Wedding Day

     Execute events from setup to strike, following timelines and working with vendors to ensure smooth flow of events.

     Act as point of contact for wedding party and honored guests

     Provide assistant when necessary for large or demanding events (additional fees will apply

     *18% of all services arranged (min. $4,000) plus all travel expenses. Must arrive at destination no less than 48 hours prior to event, stay maximum of 5 days. Additional days subject to added fees.

  • EVENT MANAGEMENT & DAY-OF-COORDINATOR

    In addition to day-of coordination, I also offer planning services for those who prefer to take control of their event, but don't want to deal with the chaos of event day. You want to be able to enjoy your event after spending countless hours planning it, right? I'm here to help you with that. Allow me to take care of the details before, during, and after your event day.

     Initial consultation to discuss venue, event flow, and vendors.

     Obtain all vendor orders and contact information 1 week prior to event.

     Contact vendors prior to the event to confirm delivery and pickup times.

     Oversee setup and breakdown of event.

     Create and execute timeline for event day.

     Work with vendors to ensure organization and flow of events.

  • EVENT DESIGNER

    Creating the look, feel and ambiance of the event by focusing on all the event's details to create an overall style or brand for the event. Vibes Events work with clients to determine a collaborative vision, then makes the idea a reality. We transform a space into a memorable event.

    Services Included in this package:

    - Assist with and execute event decor and design.

    - 1 Event Assistant on-site for install of event decor (maximum of 3 hours)

    - 1 Event Assistant on-site for tear down of event decor (maximum of 3 hours and up to midnight)

    - 2 one-hour long consultations prior to event date

    - Email and phone contact

    - Decor and design research

    - Event design creation

    - Sourcing of items/services needs

  • CONSULTATIONS & CONVERSATIONS

    Planning an event can be challenging when you're not used to it. You don't know where to begin or what to do next. It is a true pleasure for me to guide people in the right direction and ensure they are on the right path for a successful event! It would be my pleasure to help you if you want to take on your own event or you've already started planning but don't know what you should be looking for. We can simply have consultations and conversations to help you out with planning the ins and outs. Consultations and conversations can be done over email, in-person, phone call, or zoom call.
